5 Days Queen Elizabeth Wildlife & Gorilla Trekking

Day 1: Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park

From Kampala heading to Queen Elizabeth national park via Masaka stopping at the Equator then heading further to Mbarara for lunch later proceeding to the park enjoying fascinating views of the rolling hills, the crater lakes and great vegetation.
Late arrival to Kasese enjoying the evening sunset along the wilderness as you enjoy dinner.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive, Boat Ride on the Kazinga Channel

Exploration for the kasenyi plains will take place on this day so wake early to grab acupp of coffee there after head for the car drive to the kasenyi plain for wildlife viewing look out for animals like the Uganda kobs, elephants, buffalos, Lions, waterbucks, hyenas you will also see the stunning crater lakes while doing this activity .this drive may take you about four good hours in the wild. Drive back for lunch and then the afternoon boat ride along the famous kazinga channel to view the water animals like the Hippos, crocodiles, buffalos, waterbucks, elephants, monitor lizards, birds like the African fish eagles, pied kingfisher, and cormorants are a common seen along the channel. Back to the lodge dinner and overnight meal plan F/B.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Have an early morning breakfast and the n drive to the southern part of Queen Elizabeth national park which is the Ishasha sector famous for its tree climbing lions. Proceed to Bwindi impenetrable forest known for harboring the cousins to human the rare mountain gorillas, plus a good number of bird species, mammals and other primate’s .Arriving in the evening you will have dinner and sleep at Mahogany Springs, or Buhoma Lodge.

Destination: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest National Park

Ready to go gorilla trekking you will eat your breakfast very early, ensure you have your packed lunch and drinking water and then head to the park headquarters for briefing where you will proceed to penetrate through the impenetrable forest in search of the gorgeous apes. On seeing them you will experience the best moment as you see them interact and carry themselves around. After the day’s activity return to the lodge for relaxation and dinner.

Day 5: Transfer to Kampala

Immediately after your breakfast meal you head to the car to transfer to Kampala with lunch en-route and atop at the equator to take a few pictures you visit the craft shops in case of interest, arriving in Kampala late evening your transferred to hotel of your booking for dinner and rest.
